Terms of service
Overview
This website is operated by Fearless Fixer. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy our products.
Products and prices
We sell digital products: The Fearless Fixer Home Manual, the Contractor Confidence Kit, add-ons and Gift Copies. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars on the product page and at checkout. We may change prices for future purchases; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you order.
Digital delivery and guarantee
Products are delivered digitally by email. Our 14-day money-back guarantee applies to every product: see our Refund Policy.
Educational information
Our products provide general home-maintenance information for educational purposes. They are not professional, legal or safety advice for your specific home and do not replace a licensed professional.
Your responsibility
Homes, materials and local rules differ. You are responsible for following all safety instructions, manufacturer instructions, local building codes, permit requirements and your lease or HOA rules, and for deciding whether a task is within your ability. When in doubt, stop and hire a licensed professional. If you smell gas, see sparks or smoke, or anyone is in danger, leave and call 911.
Estimates
Prices, times and savings are typical U.S. estimates for planning only and are not guaranteed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fearless Fixer is not liable for injury, damage or loss arising from the use or misuse of our products. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
License
Purchases are for personal household use. You may print copies for your household. You may not resell, share publicly or redistribute our products.
Gift copies
A Gift Copy may be given to one recipient, who may use it under these same terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to purchases made after it is published.
